A little about us....
Alix has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, construction, and business. She spent much of her childhood in Santa Fe, New Mexico and made the move back to the Four Corners in 2007. Alix lives in Animas Valley with her two daughters, Morgen and Mariah. They built their passive solar, energy efficient home on 15 acres three years ago. Alix's family enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, horseback riding, hiking and camping.
 
Tiare brings over 15 years of combined experience as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, a real estate investor/developer, and rental manager to the partnership. She grew up in San Diego, graduated from the Colorado Rocky Mountain School and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Tiare and her husband, Eric, are currently partners and developers of Twin Buttes, a sustainable residential/commercial development just 2 miles west of Durango. They currently live on the Twin Buttes future site with their son Zach and their three dogs Max, Blackie and Ginger.
